Her visionary approach combines the fundamental principles of artist development alongside practical and entrepreneurial business and creative strategy, and her efforts have been instrumental in launching and shaping the careers of renowned artists such as John Mayer, Brandi Carlile, Shawn Mullins and Anna Nalick, as well as superstar pop songwriters including Priscilla Renea (Muni Long) and Claude Kelly. Lee’s current roster includes the exceptional Corinne Bailey Rae, Bruce Hornsby, Béla Fleck, Amos Lee and Taj Mahal.

A dedicated advocate for the music community, Lee currently serves as President of the New York Chapter of the Recording Academy. Her contributions extend to several philanthropic and educational efforts as well, including volunteering for Musicians on Call, mentoring for She Is the Music and Grammy U, and serving on the boards of We Are Moving the Needle, Music Will, and the Cornell Media Guild. Additionally, Lee shares her expertise as an adjunct professor at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music.
